Author Fees

Submission Fee

The journal does not charge any submission fee. Authors may submit manuscripts without incurring any costs.

Article Processing Charge (APC)

At present, the journal does not impose an Article Processing Charge (APC) for accepted manuscripts. Authors are not required to pay any fees for peer review, editorial handling, or online publication.

The journal, however, reserves the right to introduce an APC policy in the future in order to ensure long-term sustainability, enhance publication quality, and support journal development and indexing processes. Any modification to the APC policy will be formally announced on the journal’s official website prior to implementation and will not apply retrospectively to manuscripts already submitted, under review, or accepted.

Publication Fee

Currently, all accepted articles are published free of charge and are made available under an open access model, permitting unrestricted access to the published content.

Policy Transparency

The journal is committed to maintaining transparency and ethical standards in all aspects of publication. Any changes related to author fees will be communicated clearly and in advance to authors and stakeholders.
