Reviewer Responsibilities

Reviewers are expected to apply their academic and professional expertise to critically evaluate submitted manuscripts related to architectural design studies and innovation. Reviews should be conducted impartially, fairly, and constructively, providing clear and insightful recommendations to improve the quality of manuscripts. Reviewers should possess in-depth knowledge in architecture or related disciplines and have experience in reviewing scientific or design-based research papers. Reviewers who demonstrate strong performance may be invited to join the Editorial Board.

Participation in the peer-review process plays a crucial role in determining the quality and significance of published works. Applicant Requirements

  • Hold a Master’s degree or higher in architecture, design, or a closely related discipline

  • Hold a teaching or research position at a higher education institution (e.g., university)

  • Have an excellent command of academic and professional English

  • Demonstrate a strong interest in scholarly publishing and architectural research

  • Be able to work according to set deadlines

  • Conduct the review process accurately and responsibly
